The World Water Assessment Programme of UNESCO is promoting the Capacity Development Training Programme on Water and Sustainable Development and calls for applications to this fully sponsored course held on October 19-23 at WWAP Secretariat in Villa La Colombella/ Perugia-Italy.
The Capacity Development Training is focused on the World Water Development Report 2015 topic “Water and Sustainable Development” and aims to enhance countries’ capacity to deal with water issues in a complex world environment. In particular, the training will provide tools to strengthen institutional capacity and effectiveness of water and water-related governmental agencies.
The training is addressed to 40 medium-high level Representatives of the Ministries of Environment, Water, Natural Resources, Energy of African Developing and Least Developed Countries.

Participants will be hosted in the WWAP guest house in Perugia, Italy and all the expenses related to travels and accommodations will be covered by WWAP.
